Annual General Meetings

Rochdale Boroughwide Housing has a duty to hold an annual general meeting in addition to any other meetings in that year. The business covered in that meeting includes the appointment and retirement of directors, the presentation of the report of the Directors and Auditors of the Company and the audited accounts for the previous financial year.

Annual General Meetings are held in the Conference Room on floor 2, The Old Post Office, The Esplanade, Rochdale and are open to members of the public. The meeting this year will be held on Tuesday 23 September 2008 at 10.00am.
