Money Matters Team

Our Money Matters team was set up in June to help people with money worries.  You may be having difficulty getting hold of high street, affordable financial help for example.  This in turn may force you to have to look to unscrupulous doorstep lenders or pay more than you should for goods and services.  You may also struggle to get basic bank accounts or insurance.  The Money Matters team is there to help you, whatever your problem.

The team is made up of Financial Inclusion Manager Angela Havens, supported by Mike Wolstencroft and Marie Flaherty.  We also have a Debt and Benefits Advisor Shaziea Akhtar.

We provide help, advice, support and information on:-

• Access to banking
• Getting hold of affordable credit
• Access to face to face money advice
• Advice before you begin a tenancy with RBH
• Access to Home Contents insurance
