Planned Maintenance - Tenant Choices - Kitchens

If you have been told you are having a new kitchen you will be able to choose from a range of colour options. The colour combinations of the units, worktops, wall tiles and floor tiles have been specially chosen so that you can mix and match these to create your own individual kitchen look

Replacement kitchens consist of units, worktops, wall and floor tiles. No appliances are provided.

The number of units and layout of your kitchen will vary. You will be fully consulted on your new kitchen layout and design.

The choices

You can view the choices on our kitchen layout.

This lets you select from the range of units, worktops, wall/floor tiles and place them on the blank kitchen layout so that you can see what the various combinations will look like. The kitchen layout is provided as an illustration only, the number of units and layout of your kitchen will vary.

The kitchen choices are also illustrated in the Tenant Information Pack that your Development Officer will give you.  We will also give you the opportunity to view samples of the choices by arranging an Open Day on your estate where possible.

Making your choices

Your Development Officer will take details of your kitchen choices from you a few weeks before the work starts so that we can order your colour choices.
